For same-day processing and dispatching, orders must be placed by 12:00pm (noon) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm (noon) on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

Economy and Standard UK Mainland Delivery: Delivery is free on orders over £30 (applies to UK Mainland orders only). If you shop for less than £30, then the economy delivery cost will be £3.99. The cut-off time for processing orders on the same day is 12pm. We aim to deliver all standard deliveries within 5-8 working days. In very rare cases delivery may be subject to delays due to adverse weather if the delivery address is in a remote location or mislocated by Royal Mail where it might take up to 10 working days. Standard delivery cost will be £5.99, free on orders over £50.

Next-Day Delivery: Delivery is free on orders over £100, less than orders £100 next day (working) delivery P&P is £7.99. Orders placed on a Saturday (after 12:00 pm), Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (Public Holidays excluded). Next day delivery service, may take extra 2/3 days in some cases.

Store collection is FREE of charge and can be collected from 6 Ivinghoe Rd, Dagenham, RM82NB,GB When collecting orders from the store, customers must provide a photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence). If they cannot provide a photo ID, they must provide a utility bill that matches the customer’s name and billing address. Without this requested information, the order cannot be collected. Please allow 2 hours to prepare your orders, you can call us to collect them earlier if you are in a hurry!
